LAID RIGHT SITE DEVELOPMENT is a family-run company established in 2009. Based in Sanford, North Carolina, our success comes from over 45 years of site development experience. This success is a result of the strong leadership of our founder and CEO, Donald Baynes. He brings experience across multiple scales, combining old-school expertise with the latest GPS technology.
